Tape Cleanliness Analyzer
The Tape Cleanliness Analyzer for Gels (TCA-g) is a precision instrument used for detecting, counting and classify gels and other foreign bodies in polymers and transparent compounds. Its primary function is to monitor and control cleanliness. The TCA-g provides a continuous control of cleanliness quality. Material is presented to the analyzer as an extruded tape. A range of foreign particles can be identified and measured. Resolution of the instrument can be adjusted to fit the size of contaminants being monitored. Main benefits:
